After their successful teamwork in Thanmathra (2005), the shooting of Blessy-Mohanlal team's much-anticipated film 'Bhramaram' started at the locations of Ernakulam, Coimbatore and Marayoor on 10th of February.

Mohanlal is portraying the character a lorry driver plying through the high ranges of Kerala. Bhumika Chawla is being cast opposite Mohanlal. Lakshmi Gopalaswami has an important role alongside Murali, son of late National award winning actor Bharath Gopi. It's been said that Jayaram would also be seen playing a pivotal role in the flick.
