A Grandmaster is someone who can judge the opponent’s next moves with the first move he makes, says the new Malayalam film ‘Grand Master’.
Written and directed by B. Unnikrishnan, Mohanlal is back with his mellow and subdued appearance. The film earlier promoted as crime thriller the story revolves round a burnt-out cop, Chandrasekharan (Mohanlal).
All the actors have been given the due. Priyamani has made a good use of place she got in the film and Narein and Jagathy Sreekumar has added a sufficient flavor as hero's assistants.
Grand Master is the first movie produced by UTV Motion Pictures in Malayalam and had the meaga release by releasing at more than 25 theaters at the same day.
