This is the story of three friends Mathukkutty, Zacharia and Binoy (Mohanlal, Jayaram, Dileep) who had got their childhood life in Goa. Due to some of the incidents happened in the past, they got separated. After years, Mathukkutty is a rowdy in the town, Zacharia is a ready to do anything to grab money, Binoy is enjoying a 'Romeo' life by going behind girls. Now, they are getting an invitation from Vincent Gomas (Captain Raju), an old friend of their parents, regarding the sale of a Casinova in Goa. They all reach the city which is notable for drug and gambling business. Their arrival leads to some incidents there after.
