Pulikattil Charly (Mohanlal) is a tough guy with a heart of gold. He is a nice man for everyone but still he has many enemies who are out to finish him. They are basically his father?s opponents who are waiting for a chance to see him fall. But they are scared to fight him directly and so aim at his weak point and attack Charly?s family.

Charly fights a one-man-army against his powerful enemies. His weakness is his family consisting of wife Maya (Meena), son Appu (Master Nihad), sister (Nayantara), and mother (Kaviyor Ponnamma) among others. His wife Maya is a Hindu and theirs was a love mariage in the midst of much opposition.

The villains are played by Kannada actor Ramraj (Pitmagan fame)and Ranjith.

Antony Perumbavoor produces this film under the banner of Ashirwad films with T.A Shaheer?s script. Lyrics by Girish Puthencherry are set to tune by M.Jayachandran. Camera is by Anandakuttan.
